Workshop as part of 125th anniversary of Meša Selimović Gymnasium in Tuzla

This year marks the 125th anniversary since the opening of "Meša Selimović” Gymnasium in Tuzla. Since the school is a long term partner of the foundation we decided to run an Arduino Workshop for them to mark this occasion.

The workshop was attended by students of the ninth grade of Tušanj Elementary School, Tuzla, accompanied by teacher Elvira Slomić, as well as students from the Meša Selimović” Gymnasium school's IT department.

Haris Mujić from Srebrenica, the leader of today's workshop, made an extremely interesting and inspiring workshop which, especially for primary school students, gave them the opportunity to get acquainted with hardware and software basics.

The gymnasium in Tuzla was founded in September 1899, by the decision of the Tuzla City Council. The official opening took place on September 12, 1899. Schooling lasted 8 years. In the first year, there were only 9 professors. You can read more about it’s rich history here. We congratulate the gymnasium on this milestone and are honored to be a partner in educating and mentoring their students.
