The Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation is goverened by the board of directors and is responsible for the management and direction of the Foundation. The Foundation's certificate of registration, bylaws, policy and procedures manual and operations manual together with all applicable laws of non for profit organisations in Bosnia & Herzegovina govern the Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation.

The role of the Foundation Board includes:

policy formulation
fundraising and administrative oversight
advocating the goals & objectives of the foundation
ensuring prudent and proper use of Foundation financial assets.
