Upon receiving the scholarship, the Incubation program member i.e. Junior Scholar is expected to follow through on the following conditions:

• Maintain a strong academic record and successfully complete all required units.
• Actively participate in the BH Futures Foundation community on Slack.
• Attend the onboarding events at the beginning of the scholarship cycle.
• Attend professional development and review sessions.
• Volunteer a minimum of 100 hours throughout the 11-month cycle, with at least 50 hours dedicated to BH Futures Foundation activities.
• Engage in the mentoring program and provide brief reflective reports.
• Set and review personal development goals regularly, tracking progress towards achieving them.
• Attend monthly workshops.
• Take part in yearly team-building events.
• Participate in webinars, panels, and podcasts.
• Contribute actively to the preparation and implementation of your scholar team's Passion Project.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Uphold the values of the BH Futures Foundation (more information can be found here.)
• Regularly communicate with other scholarship members, as well as foundation volunteers and staff.

This section requires you to provide personal details and information about your educational background. Additionally, you will be asked to provide a justification for why you are seeking a scholarship.

You are required to write a one-page motivational letter expressing your aspirations, goals, and the reasons why you believe you are a suitable candidate for the scholarship. When crafting your motivational letter, it is crucial to familiarize yourself with the foundation's work, address all selection criteria, and incorporate the following important questions within the body of your letter:

• Introduce yourself by sharing your biography, highlighting your significant career achievements such as projects, scholarships, grants, and any notable volunteering and community service experiences.
• Demonstrate your alignment with the core values and vision of the BH Futures Foundation. Explain how your character and actions reflect the foundation's core values and how you have shown a commitment to their vision.
• Outline your future ambitions and articulate where you envision yourself in five years. Describe how this scholarship will contribute to your goals and how you plan to leverage it to achieve your aspirations.
• Take the opportunity to include any additional information that strengthens your application. This could be further elaboration on your skills, experiences, or qualities that make you an exceptional candidate for the scholarship.

As part of your application, we ask that you create a one-minute video introducing yourself and showcasing your passion, achievements, and commitment to your field of study. When submitting your 1-minute video, we invite you to showcase your personality and unleash your creativity. In your video, please address the following prompt: "Tell us about yourself and your major achievements over the last 12 months."

Here are some suggestions to guide your video:

• Introduce yourself by stating your name and where you come from. Let us get to know you and your background.
• Share something unique about yourself that sets you apart. Highlight an aspect of your personality or experiences that makes you truly distinctive.
• Share something that others may not know about you, offering an intriguing glimpse into your life or interests that surprises viewers.
• Reflect on your own superpower, a skill or quality that you possess and consider to be your greatest strength.

Major achievements may include:
• Projects or initiatives you have undertaken and successfully completed.
• Academic accomplishments or notable results that you have achieved.
• Leadership roles you have held and the impact you have made in those positions.
• Volunteering or community work that you have actively engaged in and its significance.

To ensure technical quality, please observe the following guidelines:

• Keep your video under 1 minute in duration.

• You may choose to speak in English or your local language.
• Ensure that your audio is clear and easily understandable.
• Feel free to be creative in presenting your video, allowing your unique personality and style to shine through.
