Ignite Talent Academy Concludes Three-Month Journey with Final Seminar on Career Development
On April 25th, 2026, the Ignite Talent Academy successfully concluded its three-month program with a final seminar dedicated to career planning and professional development. The closing event brought together participants to reflect on their progress and consolidate the skills they have built since February.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in weekly sessions covering key topics such as goal setting, career development, time management, netiquette, and stress management. The Academy was designed to support young individuals in developing both personal and professional competencies essential for entering the modern job market.
The final seminar focused on three main components:
Professional Orientation Workshop
Led by educator Dženana Hrlović, participants explored their individual strengths, analyzed their skills, and discussed potential career paths. Through interactive exercises, they were encouraged to think critically about their future professional directions and align their interests with realistic opportunities.
CV Writing Session
In the second part of the event, educator Aida Trepalovac, Senior Consultant for Human Resources Development at Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina, introduced participants to the fundamentals of CV writing. The session provided practical guidance on how to structure a strong resume and effectively present skills and experiences when applying for their first professional roles.
Peer Mentoring Reflection
The day concluded with an evaluation of the three-month peer buddy mentoring program. Participants reflected on their shared experiences, mutual support, and personal growth throughout the Academy. The strong sense of collaboration and encouragement among peers was highlighted as one of the most valuable aspects of the program.
The Ignite Talent Academy once again demonstrated its commitment to empowering young people with practical skills, confidence, and direction as they prepare for future academic and professional journeys.
