Scholar Workshop – CV & Mock Interview Practice

On April 25, 2026, alongside the Ignite Talent Academy final activities, BHFF Fellowship participants took part in a dedicated Scholar Workshop focused on CV writing and mock interview practice.

The session was led by Sarah Purić, Recruitment Team Lead at Popcorn Recruiters, who guided participants through one of the most important stages in the employment journey: preparing for job applications and interviews.

During the workshop, participants received valuable insights and practical guidelines on how to successfully approach job interviews. The focus was placed on understanding employer expectations and effectively communicating one’s skills and experiences.

In addition, the session explored the transition from academic life to the business world, helping participants reflect on how to present themselves professionally and confidently in front of future employers. The interactive format allowed scholars to engage directly in mock interview scenarios and receive constructive feedback.

This workshop served as an important step in preparing young professionals for real-world job opportunities and strengthening their readiness for the labor market.
