Make Your Goals SMART: Workshop led by our Alumni Ena Milkovic as part of the onboarding event for our Ignite Talent Academy.

Our BHFF Alumni, Ena Milković, recently conducted a workshop titled “Make Your Goals SMART” as part of the onboarding event for our Ignite Talent Academy. During the session, Ena guided new participants through the process of defining Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals, helping them turn ambitions into structured action plans. Her workshop provided practical frameworks and reflection exercises that empowered participants to start their journey with clarity and confidence.

Ena is an active member of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation community and a young professional dedicated to combining technology, education, and mentorship. She currently works in consulting at PwC within the Strategy, Transformation & Technology area, where she contributes to projects related to data and digital transformation.

Alongside her professional role, Ena is deeply engaged in academia. She serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, supporting courses such as Data Structures and Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. Through this work, she helps students strengthen their technical foundations while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving.

Within the BH Futures Foundation, Ena has also taken on leadership roles, including serving as the HP Team Lead, where she helped connect scholars with industry professionals, guiding them in shaping their career paths, refining their CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and developing clear professional goals.

Passionate about knowledge-sharing and community building, Ena is also involved in the local tech ecosystem as a co-organizer of developer community events in Sarajevo. Her commitment to mentoring young talent and supporting students in their early career journeys reflects the spirit of giving back that defines our BHFF alumni network.

Through workshops like “Make Your Goals SMART,” Ena continues to inspire the next generation of Ignite Talent Academy participants to approach their personal and professional development with structure, purpose, and confidence.
