Celebrating a Decade of Impact: Professional Meetup in Tuzla Brings Together Over 100 BHFF Professionals and Scholars

On July 18th, 2025, we celebrated 10 years of impact in the place where it all began — Tuzla! Marking a decade of empowering the next generation of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s leaders, our Foundation, in collaboration with HTEC, hosted a vibrant Professional Meetup at the International Portrait Gallery. The evening was a celebration of connection, collaboration, and the community we've built over the past ten years.

More than 50 BH professionals from across sectors, including donors, mentors, ambassadors, doctors, lawyers, engineers, CEOs, developers, managers, came together with over 50 BHFF students, who were in Tuzla as part of our Summer Academy student for student activity. This intergenerational gathering created a powerful space for mentorship, dialogue, and community-building.

The evening featured a mini-expo where three outstanding organizations: Semblie, HTEC, and Hidrocibalae presented their work and opened up opportunities for engagement with students and young professionals. These showcases not only highlighted the innovation happening in BiH but also demonstrated the potential for synergy between industry leaders and emerging talent.

As part of the evening, we also invited attendees to help us take the next big step, supporting the upcoming Future Leaders Summit 2025

Futures Leaders Summit

Futures Leaders Summit (FLS) is a transformative experience that brings together students and professionals, uniting the best Bosnia and Herzegovina has to offer — both locally and globally. This year’s edition will be even more special as it marks 10 years of the BH Futures Foundation.
