Ignite Talent Academy: Second Seminar Focused on Communication, Confidence, and Critical Thinking
Last weekend, participants of the Ignite Talent Academy successfully completed their second seminar, continuing their journey of personal and professional development through structured learning and interactive workshops.
This edition of the program focused on communication skills from three complementary perspectives, helping participants strengthen both their external expression and internal understanding of communication dynamics.
The first session, led by Aleksandra Đore, focused on public speaking and presentation skills. Participants explored how speaking in front of an audience does not need to be intimidating, but rather an opportunity to confidently present ideas and showcase personal potential. Through practical exercises, they worked on reducing anxiety and improving clarity and presence.
In the second session, Berina Bulatović guided participants through the concept of assertiveness. The workshop emphasized the importance of expressing thoughts and opinions in a clear, respectful, and constructive manner. Participants practiced how to communicate effectively while maintaining confidence and emotional balance in different interpersonal situations.
The seminar concluded with a critical and highly relevant topic in today’s digital environment: identifying accurate information online. Participants discussed how information quality shapes not only decision-making but also internal dialogue and relationships with others. The session encouraged critical thinking and awareness of how digital content influences perception and communication.
Organizers highlighted their pride in the consistent progress and enthusiasm demonstrated by participants from week to week. They also expressed gratitude to the educators for their continued voluntary contribution, emphasizing the importance of community-driven efforts in supporting youth development.
The second seminar further reinforced the Ignite Talent Academy’s mission to equip young individuals with essential soft skills, critical thinking abilities, and the confidence needed to navigate both academic and professional environments successfully.
