Melisa Musić, Senior Scholar at BH Futures Foundation, Attended The Green School Tuzla
From 26–29 August 2025, The Green School was held in Tuzla, organized by the Center for Ecology and Energy Tuzla (CEE) in partnership with UNICEF Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program gathered young people dedicated to learning more about environmental challenges and solutions for a sustainable future.
Melisa Musić, Senior Scholar at the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation (BHFF), participated in the program, where she deepened her knowledge on topics such as air pollution, reforestation, renewable energy sources, and peer-to-peer education.
The four-day event also included inspiring sessions with: Džemila Agić, PhD, Nedim Musić, Adi Selman, Emir Delić, Naida Salković, Ermin Avdić, Amna Saliharević, Neila Sabitović, and others who shared their expertise and experiences in environmental protection and youth leadership.
Reflecting on her participation, Melisa emphasized the importance of empowering youth to take an active role in building a healthier environment and spreading awareness among their peers.
“Clean air is not a privilege—it is a basic need and a fundamental right.”, she highlighted during the program.
