Welcoming a Fresh Wave of Bright Minds: Introducing Our New Scholars
We are really happy to share the exciting news of an exceptional group of students joining our Incubation Program. This initiative is designed to inspire, nurture, and empower young talent, paving the way for the next generation of leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The onboarding sessions, held on August 30th and 31st, provided the new scholars with a chance to get to know the BH Futures Foundation more closely. They learned about our mission, vision, and values, while meeting the staff and team leaders who shared insights into their roles and responsibilities. Scholars were also introduced to the many opportunities to engage in projects and join teams that drive meaningful impact within the Foundation.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Selection Committee for their invaluable role throughout this process. Their dedication to reviewing applications and conducting interviews ensured a fair and thorough selection. This team—made up of scholars, alumni, staff, and friends of the Foundation—embodied our mission by carefully guiding the admissions journey.
About the Incubation Program
The program is built to create opportunities for connection, collaboration, and growth among motivated students who are eager to learn, explore, and give back to their communities. Over the next 9 months, our scholars will receive guidance, mentorship, and resources to advance both personally and professionally, while contributing to meaningful projects.
After an extensive selection process, we are proud to welcome 38 Junior Scholars into the program. These bright young individuals are embarking on a transformative journey, equipped with the support they need to thrive and make a lasting impact.
As they begin this new chapter, we remain committed to walking alongside them—supporting their ambitions and building a brighter future for Bosnia and Herzegovina together.
