First Bosnian Professionals Meetup Held in Adelaide

This weekend marked a special moment for the Bosnian community in Australia — the first-ever Bosnian Professionals Australia (BPA) meetup in Adelaide. One of the attendees drove over 800 km from Melbourne with his family to be there, showing the strength of connection and commitment within our diaspora.

A big thank you goes to the amazing hosts, Maida Mujkić and Amir Beganović, MBA, for their warm welcome and great organisation.

At the event, attendees heard about the journey of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation — from its first meetups in 2016 to becoming a global community today. The message was clear: we must stay connected to our homeland and keep giving back through education, science, business, and beyond.

Everyone was encouraged to reflect on an important question: What is your purpose, and how will you give back?
