BH Futures Foundation at IBU Career Day 2025
BH Futures Foundation was proud to participate in this year’s Career Day 2025, held on April 14th and organized by the Career Office of the International Burch University. The event brought together over 30 renowned companies, a large number of students from various departments, professors, academic staff, and numerous partners from the business sector.
Career Day 2025 was a space designed to foster connections between young talents and the job market, as well as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and inspiration.
A Day Dedicated to Students and Their Future
Through direct engagement with company representatives at promotional booths, students had the opportunity to:
gain valuable insights into job and internship opportunities,
attend educational workshops and panel discussions,
polish their LinkedIn profiles with professional guidance and headshots,
submit their CVs into a “glass box” that would later be distributed to companies in their respective fields.
This initiative not only gave young people a chance to showcase themselves to potential employers but also sparked important dialogue about the role of education in developing a skilled and competitive workforce.

For BH Futures Foundation, participating in events like this is a natural continuation of our mission: empowering young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina through education, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
We are grateful to the International Burch University for the invitation and for organizing such a meaningful event. A special thanks also goes out to all the companies that shared their time, knowledge, and experience, contributing to the creation of a unique space for learning and networking.
