BH Futures Foundation Scholars Participate in the Third Embedded Meetup in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Third Embedded Meetup in Bosnia and Herzegovina took place on November 28, 2025, at the National Theatre in Tuzla. The event was organized by three companies specializing in the development of embedded devices: Prosafety d.o.o. from Sarajevo, and Resonate d.o.o. and Semblie d.o.o. from Tuzla.
Embedded BiH is a growing community of experts, professionals, enthusiasts, and students working in all areas of embedded systems — including hardware, firmware, software, PCB design, and testing. This year’s EmbeddedBa meetup received strong support from the University of Tuzla, with professors from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering joining the event.
With more than 100 engineers, students, and industry professionals in attendance, the meetup was one of the most well-attended tech events of the year. The program featured eight speakers presenting insightful topics rooted in their extensive real-world experience.
BH Futures Foundation is proud to highlight that several of its scholars and alumni participated in this year’s meetup: alumni Almedin Mešić and Mirsad Čajić, Senior Scholar Sanjin Halilhodžić, and Junior Scholars Kristina Josipović and Nejra Smajlović.
Reflecting on the event, Sanjin shared:
“I was really glad to see meaningful interaction between professors from our universities and people actively working in the industry. The discussions were incredibly constructive, especially for us students, and we went home not only with new knowledge but also with inspiration and motivation — as we do after every event organized by professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
A big thank you goes to everyone who attended the Third Embedded Meetup in Tuzla. Your knowledge, enthusiasm, and presence made this event truly special. Special appreciation goes to all speakers, partners, and the University of Tuzla for supporting the continued growth of the embedded systems community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
