Empowering Dialogue: Junior Scholar Selma Đozić Moderates YouthSpeak Forum
Junior Scholar Selma Đozić actively contributed to this year’s YouthSpeak Forum, where she took on the role of moderator and agenda lead, guiding the flow of the event and facilitating discussions throughout the program.
YouthSpeak Forum brought together young leaders, speakers, and participants through keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, creating a dynamic platform for dialogue, idea exchange, and collective learning.
Through her role, Selma demonstrated leadership in action—ensuring smooth coordination of the program while fostering an engaging and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Her involvement highlighted the importance of youth leadership in creating spaces where diverse perspectives can be shared and explored.
Reflecting on the experience, Selma emphasized that growth often happens through conversations, challenges, and opportunities that encourage new ways of thinking—aligning with this year’s forum theme, “Veni, Vidi, Mutavi”.
Her participation at YouthSpeak Forum stands as an example of how Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation Scholars continue to take active roles in shaping meaningful conversations and contributing to initiatives that drive positive change.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation is proud to see its Scholars engaged in platforms that promote leadership, collaboration, and forward-thinking ideas.
