Usame Čolaković and Ilma Hodžić Featured on BHRT Program “Teen Teens”

The BH Futures Foundation is dedicated to empowering young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina through a range of educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and professional development initiatives. Its mission is to equip students and young professionals with the skills and networks needed to become competitive in the global job market.

Currently, applications are open for the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, an initiative designed to help students present their research in a clear, concise, and impactful way within just three minutes. The Foundation also highlights the importance of the Vera Šnajder Award, which recognizes and supports excellence in academic and scientific achievement, as well as the Future Leaders Summit (FLS), a flagship program aimed at developing leadership skills and expanding career opportunities for young participants.

Together, these programs create a strong ecosystem for personal and professional growth, enabling participants to gain practical experience, build confidence, and connect with peers and experts from various fields.

The Foundation’s Marketing Lead, Usame Čolaković, speaks about these initiatives and their broader impact on youth development, while student Ilma Hodžić, a second-cycle student at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo, shares her personal experience with the competitions and the significant benefits they provide to young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Thank you, Mensuda Karović, for inviting us and for sharing such valuable advice with us afterward. We also sincerely thank the BHRT “Teen Teens” program for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to be part of it.
