Futures Leaders Summit 2025: Supported by FabLab

The activities of the Futures Leaders Summit 2025 are implemented with the support of the InnoXcellerate project, carried out by FabLab within the EU4PSD initiative, funded by the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), and implemented through GIZ. FabLab is the founder of the Digital Innovation Hub “Digital Storm,” through which it further strengthens the innovation ecosystem and supports development activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Through this strong partnership framework, the Futures Leaders Summit (FLS) 2025 delivered measurable and meaningful impact, reinforcing its role as the flagship event of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation (BHFF).

Connecting Talent, Opportunity, and Global Expertise

The Futures Leaders Summit is the flagship initiative of BHFF, designed to connect ambitious young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina with global leaders, industry experts, and innovators. By bringing together professionals and aspiring changemakers, FLS creates concrete pathways for career development—both locally and internationally.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is rich in talent and potential, yet many young people face limited access to global networks, mentorship, and opportunity. FLS directly addresses this gap by equipping participants with relevant skills, exposure to industry best practices, and access to professional networks. In 2024 alone, more than 500 participants attended the Summit, with over 250 supported through participation grants, enabling access at minimal or no cost and ensuring inclusivity in learning and career development.
